Typically, low sound and air cooled DX rooftop equipment do not go together well. On this acoustically stringent project, HTS New England worked closely with the engineer and contractors to provide a low-sound air cooled DX solution. Innovent custom air cooled DX rooftop units were provided with low sound centrifugal condenser fans and condenser silencers to achieve the desired sound.
