Aging equipment needed to be replaced at Spring ISD’s Twin Creek Middle School in Spring, TX.
With the tight space constraints and custom solutions needed, HTS Texas was chosen as the basis of design. The project was also on a tight summer renovation schedule, so time was of the essence.
Daikin McQuay premium efficiency custom Vision air handling units, totaling 120,000 CFM, were provided, along with 125HP Danfoss variable frequency drives. HTS visited the site several times to make sure that the design of the AHUs would fit properly into the tight space and still be able to perform at the highest quality. The high level of coordination between the designer, contractor, and HTS surpassed the client’s expectations.
