Spark Fitness, centrally located downtown off the Lamar St. Bridge, is Austin’s newest locally-owned gym. HTS overcame not being the basis of design and helped the gym prevent humidity control problems by supplying high-quality equipment.
HTS was chosen for this project based on our superior relationship, customer service, and high-efficiency equipment. The main goal of the project was to incorporate a cost-effective system with high energy efficiency and excellent dehumidification control for the challenging application of a humid fitness area.
After evaluating the challenges of a tight budget and difficult distance layout, HTS was able to provide a system consisting of 62 tons of Daikin VRV and a 30 ton Daikin Vision Outside Air System. These components were chosen based on their value, energy efficiency, and quality construction.
