San Antonio Water System Headquarters

This 5-story renovation was looking to get a CPS Energy rebate for efficiency while also looking to reduce electric usage. We had an existing relationship with the owner who wanted an efficient system that was oil-free and could be maintained by us. We used two Daikin Water Chillers and had to make sure that they fit through existing doors and into the existing space. Additionally, the renovation was going on while employees were still in the building. We were able to accomplish our goal by decreasing their utility bills by 35% with our systems.
