R & M Energy’s warehouse in Willis, TX needed a quiet, highly efficient HVAC system. HTS Texas worked from design to install to make sure the facility received the best possible equipment for the area.
HTS was chosen by CFI Mechanical because of previous relationships and HTS’ willingness to work with contractor through various design changes. Originally laid out with Johnson Marcraft units, the project was switched to MJC equipment. HTS worked to meet the client’s request that the new units match the low-sound profile of the previous ones. HTS Service was able to complete the solutions offered by CFI to bring the sound levels even lower than the previous equipment.
The job was completed with the installation of two MJC air turnover units, totaling 28,000 CFM. Also provided were two Daikin McQuay large condensing units for the ATOs, totaling 90 tons, and two smaller split systems with a total of 6 tons.
