HTS Texas provided new HVAC units for the 3 6-floor garages of Exxon Mobile’s Project Delta Parking garages.
As the basis of design, HTS needed to supply small indoor package units that allowed ducting of the condenser section. Chosen and installed were 70 1-8 ton United CoolAir air conditioning units.
