Berry Miller Junior High, named after one of the original Pearland ISD teachers, Berry Miller, opened the 265,000 square foot school in 2008. This Pearland district school was provided 264,640 CFM of McQuay air handling units by HTS Texas, along with 3500 CFM of fan coil units. McQuay’s modular, top-quality construction made these units a great fit for this new facility.
