HTS Texas provided two 290-ton Daikin McQuay WMCs for the City Hall Annex that houses the offices of Houston City Council members. Key to the success of the project was to effectively supervise a crane-installation of the chillers over a tight timeframe of 48 weekend hours, as the buildings needed to be fully functional Monday morning. Among the many benefits of this equipment, the refrigerant used by these chillers creates no ozone depletion and no phase-out schedule, making the equipment a good choice for the client’s budget and the city’s environment.
