To efficiently cool the city’s 1938 historic landmark, City Hall, HTS Texas provided two 290-ton, Daikin McQuay water-cooled, magnetic-bearing chillers (WMCs) for the 72-year-old building that houses both the mayor’s and the controller’s offices.
