Hays Surgery Center, part of the Arise Healthcare network, is the first facility of its kind in Kyle, TX. The new 13,000 square-foot out-patient surgery center provides easy access to routine surgical procedures for patients living in the area.
For this project, the owner wanted an efficient HVAC system that stayed within the tight budget and met the tough temperature and humidity requirements for healthcare facilities. HTS was chosen based on price, relationship, and quality of equipment.
HTS provided 8 Addison air handling units totaling 50 tons. For the office areas, a 12-ton Daikin VRV system was installed as it proved to be a lower-cost option while still providing maximum efficiency. HTS has the ability to find the right solutions for every part of the project, always keeping the clients’ goals in mind.
