HTS New England equipped the Harvard Lavietes Pavilion renovation with a new HVAC system. Being the second oldest basketball arena still in use, the Harvard Lavietes Pavilion needed an HVAC update. HTS provided the arena with 3 Haakon Air Handling Units, 1 Daikin Air Cooled Chiller and a VRV system. The Daikin Air Cooled Chiller has a remote evaporator to serve the AHU cooling coils. By providing custom units, HTS was able to work around the extremely tight mechanical loft housing the AHUs so installation could be in the original placement. The entire system will serve Harvard Lavietes Pavilion the highest air quality while providing a custom and versatile solution.
