HTS was chosen as the basis of design for this new 750,000 sq. ft. space. To keep both patients and employees comfortable, 2 Daikin air-cooled Pathfinders, 3 Daikin Vision air handling units, 5 Daikin Skyline air handling units, 17 Daikin/IEC fan coils, 13 Danfoss variable frequency drives, 33 Twin City Fans, and Krueger VAV’s and GRD’s were installed across the twelve-floor building. The project was tied together with HTS BMS Controls. While working with multiple contracting teams, HTS incorporated a quiet, energy-efficient solution that will save the facility money in the years to come.
