HTS was the basis of design for the Del Webb Sweetgrass pool project in Richmond, TX.
The engineer, PE Services, laid out Seresco due to the strong influence from HTS’ engineer sales support. Since this was a fast-paced project, HTS worked closely with Seresco to get the units into production as quickly as possible in order to meet deadlines.
Year-round, efficient pool dehumidification was the most important goal for the facility. One 23-ton Seresco pool dehumidifier split system was installed, as well as a 10-ton make-up air split system. Together these units provide a system that meets the pool’s air control needs.
