Conroe ISD Natatorium, located in Shenandoah, TX serves as a premier swimming and diving facility for the district. Dehumidification and temperature control were needed inside this 66,000 sq. ft. natatorium to accomodate the variable loads and ambient conditions. HTS Texas provided Seresco custom air handling units, Daikin air handling units and a 250-ton Daikin air cooled chiller to help maintain tight deltas to comply with aquatic criteria for occupants and to prevent damage to the building envelope.
