Conroe ISD’s Branch Crossing, built in 2000, was upgraded with two Daikin air cooled screw chillers totaling 330 Tons. Orginally, Branch Crossing’s design team focused on using natural light to reduce the energy costs. For this renovation project, HTS worked with mechanical contractor, TNT, to provide chillers which met the high efficiency requirements set by the district while keeping costs affordable.
