CGT turned to HTS to provide two Daikin magnetic bearing water-cooled centrifugal chillers (500 tons total), two Reymsa cooling towers (500 tons total), seven Johnson Marcraft direct-fired make-up air rooftop units (80,000 CFM), Danfoss VFDs, Daikin mini splits, Twin City industrial exhaust fans, Krueger air outlets, Air Balance louvers and dampers, and specially designed controls. All this equipment combines to maintain a pleasant atmosphere despite the use of heavy equipment, and save on energy costs with directed airflow and an oil-free chiller. The project was concluded on time and under budget, and the facility has our continued service and maintenance support through the life of the system.
