Capitol Tower

This Houston 35-story office and retail building contained 775,000 square feet of space that needed reduced sound for increased available leasing space and high efficiency for less energy use throughout the building. We were able to use 24 Daikin Vision Air Handling Units with Acoustiflo fans with between 22,000 CFM and 26,500 cfm. Also, we used five other vision units with regular direct drive fans totaling 69,000 cfm, two Haakon custom energy recovery units with energy recovery wheels, and 15 Daikin fan coil units to accomplish these goals.
