HTS helped replace four outdated units in the renovation of this 10,000 sqft office building. The existing units were located in a very confined space on the roof, so exact fit was critical, as well as energy efficiency and low noise level. To this end, two 20,000 CFM Daikin RPS units were installed, as well as all the wiring, ductwork, and controls over the course of a weekend. Tight space and time constraints were no issue, and the units were fully functional by Monday morning, with no disruption for the tenants.
