HTS New England provided the Bedford Executive Office Park with a new HVAC system to replace its outdated equipment. Chosen as the basis for design, HTS equipped the 3-story building with three Daikin RPS units, installed over the weekend to allow minimal inconveniences. We were able to supply the renovation with RPS units that fit the existing curbs, while maintaining the original duct work during installation.
HTS supplied a user-friendly controls system for the new units that integrated easily with the original B.M.S. system. The new system is able to maintain low sound levels, critical to the quiet office environment.
