Baylor Heath in Dallas, TX opened a new 12 story medical office building in fall 2016. The 750,000 square foot facility features six levels of above-ground parking, and 175,000 square feet for offices, a pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology, and a sleep center. HTS was chosen as the basis of design to equip the building with an HVAC system that would meet the energy efficiency requirements for the building, and result in energy and maintenance savings over the long term.
HTS provided the hospital with two Daikin Air Cooled Pathfinder chillers, three Daikin Vision AHUs, five Daikin Skyline AHUs, 17 Daikin/IEC fan coils, 13 Danfoss VFDs, and 33 Twin City Fans, Krueger VAVs and GRDs. The project was tied together and integrated into a BMS control system by HTS.
