In the heart of the Dallas Arts District, this 25 story office building needed a high-quality, energy-efficient system to serve its tenants. As the basis of design, HTS chose Daikin Vertical Self Contained units for their design flexibility, durability, quiet operation, and efficiency. 13 Daikin SWP Vertical units, 13 Daikin water source heat pumps, 31 Danfoss VFDs, 57 Twin City Fans, and 167 terminal boxes were installed to complete a low cost, reliable system.
