Brock Hutchison joined HTS in 2008 after graduating from Algonquin College’s Mechanical Engineering Technology program. Holding a LEED accreditation, he has been actively engaged in employee ownership since 2012, underscoring his deep commitment to the company’s success and growth.

Throughout his career at HTS, Brock has cultivated strong relationships with mechanical, electrical, and general contractors. His proactive approach to excellence is evident in his dedication to ensuring the success of all stakeholders involved in construction projects. In 2022, Brock further expanded his expertise by taking on the management responsibilities of the Ottawa sheet metal operations.

In April 2024, Brock reached a significant career milestone by assuming the role of Managing Director. In this leadership position, he continues to drive HTS’s success while maintaining his role as a senior contracting salesperson in the mechanical department.

Outside of his professional achievements, Brock places high value on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He believes in the importance of personal fulfillment and well-being beyond the workplace, reflecting his holistic approach to leadership.
