Pearland ISD’s Alexander Middle School, a 150,000 square foot facility in Southwest Houston is a learning ground for some of the community’s up and coming designers. Students at Alexander MS participated in a wind turbine design competition sponsored by Shell and landed first place. Before these bright students stepped foot into their new school, HTS worked with PBK to design an HVAC system which included 147,000 CFM of McQuay air handling units. McQuay’s Vision units offered a sustainable solution for the school district.
