Named after Neil Armstrong, this Conroe ISD elementary school was under construction when Armstrong landed on the moon in 1969. Decades later, Armstrong Elementary underwent a major HVAC renovation project which included replacing two air cooled chillers and numerous air handling units. HTS Texas worked with PBK and TNT Mechanical to supply top-tier equipment from Daikin. This project included 260 Tons of Daikin Air Cooled Scroll Chillers, over 79,000 cfm of Daikin Vision, Skyline and Destiny Air Handling Units, one Daikin condensing units and twelve Danfoss VFDs.
