This new two-story construction for the Child Safe Headquarters had to be cost-effective. Our solution overcame the adverse competitor’s specifications by installing one Daikin AWV Chiller 165 Tons, six Daikin CAH Vision AHUs 54K CFM with factory mounted VFDs, GPS on the AHUs, four Danfoss VFDs, 50 HP total, 57 Krueger KQFP FPB’s and 16 Krueger LMHS VAV’s, HTS/Siemens Controls system installed on the campus for monitoring electrical consumption, monitoring rainwater harvesting tanks and gas consumption.
